4. Receive customer complaints and solve within the authorization scope;
5. Record, edit and release activity videos;
6. Cooperate with other departments in the company.
Qualifications:
1. Junior college or higher educational level, passionate for the industry;
2. High sense of responsibility, postive, optimistic, and outgoing;
3. Eloquent and standard mandarin;
4. Skillful in operating computer software, such as office, etc.
5. Used to work at both day and nigh shift;
